Returnable items

All of our abayas can be returned.

Exceptions or non-returnable items

• HIJABS :
  For hygiene and safety reasons for our customers, hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged.
  
  We want to offer you the best product experience so that you do not receive products that have already been worn or tested.
  
• SALES / PROMOTIONS ;
  We do not accept returns of promotional items or gift cards.
• PRE-ORDER:
  Size exchanges are accepted within 7 days.

Returns are accepted only if the item is:

• 14 days from the date you received your item.
• damaged upon receipt
• not as ordered
• Wrong size

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In these cases, contact customer service before any return for return validation and instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a proven error on our part (incorrect product or size shipped).

Confirm your return with customer service before sending anything, otherwise the refund cannot be processed.

1. The customer contacts the store via the form or customer service to request a return.
2. The merchant reviews the request and, if it complies with the return policy, issues a Shopify refund via the admin interface.
3. Shopify refunds the amount to the original payment method (bank processing times: 5 to 10 business days).
4. The merchant can track the refund status in Orders > Refunds .
