Yes, we offer the possibility of returning our product via Mondial Relay, at your expense.

Sale/promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, for hygiene and safety reasons, hijabs cannot be returned or exchanged.

You have 14 business days from the date of receipt of your order to return one or more items to us.

Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags), unworn, and undamaged.

For deliveries to Europe, no customs fees will be charged since our warehouse is in Europe.

Mondial Relay delivery to a Collection Point/Locker is free for purchases of 30€ or more.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours by contacting support, provided it has not yet been processed.

1. The customer contacts the store via the form or customer service to request a return.
2. The merchant reviews the request and, if it complies with the return policy, issues a Shopify refund via the admin interface.
3. Shopify refunds the amount to the original payment method (bank processing times: 5 to 10 business days).
4. The merchant can track the refund status in Orders > Refunds .

Size exchanges are possible, subject to availability, within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Each pre-order has a theoretical shipping date in its description.

Shipments begin as soon as the stock is received.
